欢迎使用 。本网站由 （以下简称“我们”）运营，提供 PCBA 测试架在线设计、询价和定制服务。提交询价即表示您同意本协议。
一、服务内容
您可以上传 PCB 设计文件、选择测试点、生成测试架方案预览并提交询价。网站生成的方案和预览仅供参考，最终方案以我们工程师核对后、在报价单中确认的内容为准。
二、询价与报价
提交询价不构成订单。我们在审核方案后给出报价，报价单在有效期内有效。您在订单页面点击“确认报价”后，订单成立。
三、付款
订单成立后，请按订单页面显示的对公账户付款，并上传付款凭证。我们核对到账后安排生产，交期自确认收款之日起计算。
四、您的保证
您保证有权使用并提供所上传的设计文件，且不侵犯任何第三方的权利。因设计文件本身错误（例如坐标、尺寸、层别错误）导致的测试架不符，我们将协助修改，但相应费用由双方协商。
五、验收与售后
请在收货后 7 日内验收。如测试架与确认的方案不符，我们负责免费返修或重做。测试针属于易损件，正常磨损不在保修范围内。
六、知识产权与保密
您的设计文件的知识产权归您所有。我们对设计文件的处理遵守 保密承诺 和 隐私政策。
七、责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们对单个订单承担的赔偿责任以该订单实际支付的金额为限。
八、争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。争议协商不成的，提交我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
Welcome to , operated by ("we"), an online service for designing, quoting and ordering PCBA test fixtures. By requesting a quote you agree to these terms.
1. The service
You can upload PCB design files, pick test points, preview a fixture design and request a quote. Designs and previews generated by the site are for reference; the final design is the one our engineers confirm in the quotation.
2. Quotes
Requesting a quote is not an order. We review the design and send a quote, which is valid for the period shown. The order is placed when you click “Accept quote” on the order page.
3. Payment
After accepting, pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the order page and upload the payment proof. We start production once payment is confirmed; lead time runs from that date.
4. Your files
You confirm you have the right to use and provide the files you upload and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. If a fixture is wrong because the design files are wrong (coordinates, dimensions, layers), we will help fix it and agree any cost with you.
5. Acceptance and support
Please inspect the fixture within 7 days of delivery. If it does not match the confirmed design we will repair or remake it free of charge. Probes are wear parts and normal wear is not covered.
6. IP and confidentiality
You own the intellectual property in your design files. We handle them under our Confidentiality Pledge and Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes not settled by negotiation go to the competent court where we are located.
